  4. Detach the campsite tag and attach to your campsite.

  5. Place the envelope in the slot in the wall.

Caravan Clubs and large group Bookings.

If you are a caravan club or any other large group requiring camping facilities, then bookings are essential. The showgrounds are managed and maintained by the Blackbutt Agricultural Show Society, which is run by volunteers. A member of the show society administrative team is responsible for all caravan club, large group bookings and function bookings. To check availability and to make a booking please contact us via email at or on the Show Society mobile phone 0447 970 999.

The grounds at the showgrounds are extensive. The showgrounds also have an enclosed Pavilion, a well equipped Kitchen/Canteen and two separate covered areas, one of which has a bar and cold room. We are happy to set up tables and chairs for your club under either one of the covered areas, at no extra charge. Use of the cold room, kitchen or enclosed pavilion will attract a fee of $100 for each area required. A large flat plate BBQ is also available at no extra cost. Please inform us if you require the BBQ so we can ensure the gas bottles are connected and full, ready for use.

Your booking, along with your enquiries are important to us, and every effort will be made to respond to your email or phone message, in a timely manner.

What to do and see.
The Brisbane Valley rail trail runs directly past the showgrounds, so camping at the showgrounds is very convenient for all horse riders, walkers and cyclists using the trail.
The showgrounds are located 400metres from the heart of Blackbutt and the D’Aguilar Highway.
